*if appointment is cancelled within 48 hours you will be charged 50% of the service
*if appointment is cancelled within 24 hours you will be charged 100% of the service
*consent form must be signed >24 hours prior to service - otherwise the appointment will be cancelled
*if you are >10 min late, you will be considered a no show and rescheduled
