Botanical Brow Bar offers services by appointment only. A card will be required ONLY to secure your spot. You WILL NOT BE CHARGED before your appointment. On the day of your appointment, you can use cash or card.
Once you request your session through the online booking system, a consent form will be sent to your email. This must be read thoroughly and signed before your session will be accepted. When the request is accepted you will then receive your confirmation and reminders through email and text.
** ALL REQUESTS WILL BE DENIED 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE REQUESTED SESSION IF THE CONSENT FORM IS NOT SIGNED TO OPEN UP SPACE FOR ANOTHER WAITING CLIENT**
Masks are not mandated in the studio, but if you choose to continue to wear one that's okay too! Feel free to do what makes you comfortable. Although we will never discuss your medical decisions in regards to vaccinations (and we expect the same in return), we ask you to please wait for a minimum of 14 days after any vaccination before booking your session.
Please cancel or reschedule AT LEAST (!!) 48 HOURS before your scheduled appointment. cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled service. cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours, or no-showing, will result in a 100% charge of your scheduled service. If you have a card on file that is expired, reported lost or stolen, etc. please update your card information to a valid card. If your card does not go through when we process any fees, you will receive an invoice, which has to be paid in full before your next appointment.
When you cancel last minute or do not show up for your session it does not give enough time to allow another client to take your session and ends up being a loss for both the business and other clients.
**We understand "life happens". Please, be considerate of other scheduled appointments and be on time for yours. We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every other guest's schedule that day.
Due to each brow service only being a short amount of time, if you arrive 10 minutes or later past your scheduled time you will be considered a no show. You will then need to make arrangements to reschedule your appointment for another day. Normally sessions are booked back to back every day, but, on the rare occasion, there is time to take you later than your scheduled appointment someone from Botanical Brow Bar will let you know and be more than happy to accommodate you at that time.
